According to
estepheia, the hacker in question registers on your site as an author called Shader (although this is subject to change, I'm sure) and then uploads a Trojan virus that completely kills the archive. For more details, read this post.
Authors take note of this: you might be getting frantic emails from the owners of killed archives.

whiskyinmind: This shader dude is on I Need A Parrot and he joined about the same time as the other targeted archives. If there is anyone in Mara's neck of the woods, let her know her site may have a problem.
